Inside the Ice, Paradise Bay

We were in Paradise Bay, Antarctica and ice caves were abundant. The gemstones clear and rose quartz, amethyst, lapis lazuli, pyrite, aventurine and fluorite all resonate and reflect the interior of ice.

Clear quartz is a power stone which brings harmony and magnifies intentions;rose quartz is a stone of love whereas both lapis lazuli and amethyst are stones of meditation and spirituality; pyrite is a stone of protection against negative forces and reminds us of the constant and ever present energy of the sun; aventurine clears and heals the heart while bestowing confidence and fluorite strengthens one's ability to receive psychic information. These raise the vibrational resonance of the painting and in doing so, shifts the viewers consciousness.

The shapes too are important in that they are reminiscent of human cells which results in an immediate sense of physical and emotional recognition.
